Lobby Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–5:00 (closed daily 12:07–12:43).
Counting Hour is observed Thursdays, 3:00–4:11 PM. The lobby remains open, but all requests are held until it concludes.
Please use the north-facing entrance (identified as Door B on interior maps). If the door appears secured, wait briefly, a clerk will arrive.
Please speak clearly through the bulletproof glass. Knocking is discouraged.
